EXHIBITION WITHIN A PROJECT "THE GREAT MASTERS AND THE SMALL PAINTERS"

On May 29ththe Dobrich Gallery was opened an exhibition of works of children from the classes of Mariyana Boycheva and Snezhana Zheleva from the Secondary Schools “Dimitar Talev” and “Christo Smirnenski”. The exposition is within “The Great Masters and the Small Painters” project which is funded by the Ministry of Culture. For several months children from three schools drew modeled and made collages in creative workshops and by educational games thus learning more about objects and customs of the national lifestyle and culture. So they got to know the life of the Bulgarian people in the past. This display is a natural sequel of the project which gave the children the knowledge about emblematic painters of Bulgarian art from the permanent exhibition of the gallery. At the opening Galina Georgieva and Milena Aldzhabary – project managers acquainted the audience with the creative process. The teachers Mariana Boycheva and Snevana Zheleva  and all participants in the project were delivered certificates. The event was also visited by parents. On May the 5th 2019 is to be arranged a second exhibition of the works of the elder students of Mariya Popova from “St. Clyment Ohridski”.
