RETROSPECTIVE EXHIBITION OF YAVOR TSANEV AND THE EUROPEEN NIGHT OF THE MUSEUMS IN THE DOBRICH GALLERY

This year again the Dobrich gallery offered her visitors interesting creative and culture events. The retrospective exhibition of Yavor Tsanev was one of the happenings. Two of the gallery halls meet us with a small part of his creations – unexposed paintings and graphics, which are preserved by his family. An object of interest is his notebook where he collected his philosophic ideas about art, life, artist’s freedom. The visitors can read some of them in the halls. The creative world of Yavor Tsanev is full of personalities from ancient times, strange creatures from quiet and beautiful fantastic world. These delicate and lyrical images open for us the dreamed harmony of the spirit. The exhibition was opened by prof. Vladimir Ivanov. Tonya Tsaneva – the painter’s wife endowed to our gallery the painting “Door”.

One of the attractions of the evening was the interactive installation after paintings by Samuil Seferov and Vladimirov – the Master. Children and young people dressed in national costumes thus becoming a part of the canvases.

The presentation of the current issue of “Antimovski Hun” caused a lot of emotions. Everyone who read text from the magazine was given one free of charge. The performance of acoustic guitars by Diyan Di followed the official presentation.
